Day 3 Music and Movement

Today was a simple day since it was a snow day. They had shortened the hours and closed early. I was still able to do my hours thankfully. Since the children weren't going to be there all day we had a free day. The children were able to have free day after breakfast until it was time to close. I worked on music and movement with them. I did songs such has "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes" and the "Freeze" song. The children enjoyed the dancing and I had fun dancing with them too. After that we had them play with their toys until they were picked up by their parents.

ReplyDeleteI love the big boombox picture in the background. I enjoyed reading about your music and movement day with your toddlers. I see you had a short day. At least you got a chance to go, and you were able to see and dance with the children.
